About Andrecus
My name is Andrecus Lindley. Graduate of
Jacksonville State University with a BA in
Science. I am an Former Pro
Athlete/Fitness Coach/ Therapist born in
Atlanta, Ga USA. I got to this point in life
by following my dreams in Sports which led me to opportunity in Pro Sports in Europe and to live in multiple countries the
past 10 years of playing sports and working with kids fromMiddle School /High School/ children withAutism.
Adapting to wherever the ball
rolled. Now, back living in Atlanta from
Helsinki and Looking to help young athletes develop motor skills, coordination, and balance (Strength & Speed) are essential
for Teenage development in Sports (Football,Basketball, Soccer,Track).
ActiveMinds aims to develop these skills with activities like how to run, Jump
& land and faster reactions. Young teenage Athletes who master balance
and coordination can show their Skills and ability confidently. We want to
create awareness of fine motor skills and allow these young athletes to
perform many other small tasks that slowly make them more confident and
independent in today's digitization world.
