About Sharon Stewart
I focus on intuitive eating, or learning how to eat according to your hunger, fullness, and what feels right for your body. Food marketing, diets, and past food experiences take us away from this innate power we are all born with. My goal is to reconnect you to this instinct, and practice it for the rest of your life.
Health issues like high cholesterol, diabetes or digestive issues can be addressed as well, all while learning to eat intuitively.
Empowering clients to reconnect to their intuition as to what to eat and how much.
