About Danielle
I hold the vision of optimal health, conscious eating, proper exercise, and mental balance, for all those seeking to transform their lives. Having served for over 22 years as a health coach, a personal trainer, and a workplace wellness facilitator I have the experience and the knowledge to support your vision. I have opened a world-renowned health club, worked at exercise and nutrition clinics, have been active in national research studies, make presentations on well-being in my community, implement worksite health programs and work one to one. You can find my exercise videos on YouTube.
I received my B.A. from UCLA, am a graduate of Coach University, hold certifications from the International Coach Federation as an Associate Certified Coach; the American College of Sports Medicine as Certified Exercise Physiologist; and the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. I also hold a masters in Negotiations, Conflict Resolution and Peacebuilding.

Certified trainer and health coach.

Student would call me at (concealed information). The process depends on the desire of the student. If they want coaching, coaching is via telephone. If the student is looking to learn about fitness that is in person at the beach, or in the students home.
I have worked with high schoolers wanting weight loss to 80 year olds wanting strength. I have been in the fitness business for over 22 years, not much I have not heard or seen.
