About Kristine
I will help you open up a new world of possibilities that will answer that question and others you may have about your health, focusing on the physical, chemical, and energetic levels particular to every individual. My in-depth insight along with the advanced testing methods I utilize work to pinpoint specific solutions, and create a customized path for each individual's wellness. You will find it to be an educational and transformative experience that is unique in the healing world.
My goal is to enable people feel better, and guide them towards taking control over the factors contributing to ill health. I specialize in identifying and addressing the root causes of chronic illness through a whole body system approach called Functional Medicine. I empower my clients to stop managing symptoms, and to start treating the underlying causes of illness.
I have been in business since 2001 as a Functional Medicine Nutritionist. I studied Functional Medicine under the guidance of Dr. Hyman at Canyon Ranch Spa, Lenox. I am a certified Licensed Nutritionist. I have profiles on Linkedin, Facebook and my new webiste will be up and running very soon: Beyond 50 with Vitallity with a present website of kbbahr.co. I accept all ages and conditions.
I have an undergraduate degree in Teaching Secondary School.
