Unique venue and opportunity to cultivate life saving skills and physical, mental and emotional prowess. Stand up paddle (SUP) yoga classes offered outside the studio doors! Venue is rural setting with relaxing cantina before or after classes. Veterans & first responders with PTS have enjoy free yoga! Connect Camp offers respite for caregivers while camp members enjoy social interaction with cognative and physical exercises.

Very blessed to have meet Carol as my instructor at Senior yoga class, Carol made it fun. Her CPR classes are detailed hands on.
Carol saw a need for caregivers with family members with Dementia and started "Connect Camp for Adults with Dementia" it a great organization I'm very proud to be a volunteer.
Kudos to Carol awesome ,friendly, spiritual and fun.I attended a CPR AHA certification class here today. Carol is an excellent, confident and thorough instructor and provided the most hands on experience I've ever received in a CPR course (I've taken two previously). Her studio is gorgeous and was a very relaxing place to learn. She also offers a complimentary stand up paddle or studio yoga class to CPR and BLS certification students. Highly recommend!
