About Jude
My interest is in knowing and sharing information on personal wellbeing.
I have a B.S. Degree in Exercise Physiology:Preventive and Rehabalitative exercise and a M.S. Degree in Applied Gerontology, which is the study of aging. I am a certified Wellness Faciltiator with the Wellness Inventory Program.
I have been practicing Qigong, Tai Chi and mediation for over 25 years and hold the tltle of Master of Internal Arts. I teach local classes in the Mobile and Theodore, AL area.
To be well informed on your own wellbeing is important. I offer wellness workshops in several subjects such as The Twelve Dimensions of Wellness- a wellbeing assessment program; Four Meditations That Work and gerontology subjects.
It is very gratifying to help people get started on the path to understanding the ancient Chinese practice of moving meditation.
People also come to me with a variety of health and wellness concerns and it is an honor to help them feel better.
It shocking to see who our culture treats our elderly. I am on a mission to make our American saying, "respect your elders" into an action phrase.

For Qigong, Tai Chi or Meditation students, the best thing is to try a class. There is an introduction price of only $10 for a one hour fifteen minute group class. The class has very gentle movements that are easy to learn.
When people contact me and want to have a private consultation on how to improve their wellbeing, I chat with them about their issues and have them take the wellness inventory assessment at the privacy of their own computer. Then they can either join a 90 minute local workshop or have a one hour private phone consultation to discuss the assessment results and receive instructuctions on how to proceed with an action plan that they would actutally do.
Students and clients enjoy attending a variety of wellness workshops throughout the year.
