About Sara
I'm a mindfulness meditation teacher with over five years of experience working in one-on-one and group settings. In our one-on-one sessions, you can expect a an approach tailored to your needs and experience. I work with those with zero experience as well as those with some mindfulness experience. All are welcome. I look forward to hearing from you and accompanying you on this journey.
I'm a certified mindfulness meditation teacher, studied under Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach, the two leading experts on mindfulness meditation in the US. I have experience in a wide range of retreats and meditation modalities, and am able to deeply tailor the approach based on my student's needs.
