About Nels
This technique is similar to the most well-known meditation methods such as mindfulness-based meditation and Transcendental Meditation. However, Pure Meditation is completely unaffiliated with any particular religion and does not use religious language, words, or phrases to be repeated or chanted.
It is inexpensive and does not require more than 2 sessions to learn.
I enjoy knowing that my students are receiving everything they need to know to be successful meditators and will receive all the benefits of meditation as long as they follow the technique. Very positive life changes, emotionally and even physically, are available to meditators without the struggle often experienced with other self-help techniques.

I teach this class on an as-needed basis. Students, and sometimes Human Resource administrators, call or email me to inquire about my availability and schedule the lessons. I answer any questions they may have and we proceed as quickly as possible toward their first lesson. Most commonly, and most favorably, we meet for the second and final lesson in a week.

The Cost
One-on-one instruction; cost $120.00
Group of two; cost $99 per student; total cost for 2 is $198
Group of three; cost $89 per student; total cost for 3 is $267
Group of four; cost $79 per student; total cost for 4 is $316
Group of five; cost $69 per student; total cost for 5 is $345
The prorated discounts end there, and $69 is the cost per student for groups of 5 or more participants. If your club, organization, or corporation would like to hire us for special larger groups, please call to discuss this.
Participants are responsible for assembling their own group. I will help as much as is possible, but will need your help.
