About Micki
Over 30 years ago the amazing processes of psychotherapy and mindfulness helped me open more deeply to life and free myself from much of the suffering caused by my limiting beliefs. I sometimes jest that mindfulness saved my life, but there may be some truth to that statement.
My life’s work is helping others develop mindfulness skills so they can live more fully, gracefully, and resourcefully. Mindfulness is the awareness that arises when we bring open-hearted, non-judgmental attention into the present moment.
