I am a multi-certified business professional with over 15 years experience. My personal struggles to maintain a healthy bodywieght and lifestyle as a young adult jumpstarted my career and passion for health wellness and fitness.

I start with a discussion of what they are trying to achieve, what their physical challenges are, if any (i.e bad knees, back , shoulder, hips etc). I'll access what their current lifestyle honestly consists of.
They will receive a fitness accessment as a starting point.
I will take this information and custom design a workout (nutrition plan also if desired) for them.
