About Ume
I’m a highly educated and experienced medical professional with a Doctor of Medicine degree. I have extensive teaching experience with College students for 10+ years. I have worked as an Allied Health instructor at Saint Paul's School of Nursing, Queens, New York. In my role as a special professor, I was responsible for teaching a range of subjects including General Biology, EKG, Phlebotomy, Microbiology, Anatomy/Physiology, and Pharmacology. I was also in charge of laboratory sessions for these subjects, where students could apply their theoretical knowledge to hands-on practical exercises. Currently I am working as Allied Health instructor at Sinclair Community College, Mason Ohio. I have recently passed my USMLE STEP 1 ( Medical liscencing exam ). My goal as a tutor is, not only for students and parents to see tangible results, but for students to feel confident and excited about learning!
