About Gurtej
I have been a mentor for high school students for over three years through Minds Matter San Francisco, and started a tutoring/mentorship company after graduating college to give back to students. I specialize in mathematics and quantitative reasoning, but also work on life skills like mindsets, interpersonal communication, and confidence building for my students. I received a bachelors degree in Civil Engineering and scored in the 98% percentile on the GMAT.
I enjoy the process of mentoring students and watching them grow. I wish I had access to tutoring and mentorship when I was in high school, and have found that working with high school students through Minds Matter San Francisco has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my young adult life.
