About Anna
I'm working on a math education degree, which I should complete within the next couple of years. I ultimately want to teach high school math, so helping people with math is literally want I want to do with my life! I'm looking forward to helping as many students as I can.
I have such a passion for teaching math! Straight out of high school, I worked as a substitute teacher for a little while, and my favorite class to go into was always the math classes, because I actually got to teach the students. It was so much fun and so fulfilling to see them understand a subject that had been giving them trouble after I helped them. I have had so many experiences where I tell people I'm studying math, and they act like it's the worst thing they've ever heard, because they maybe had bad teachers or past experiences with the subject. I want to do what I can to help make it enjoyable and bring that passion to others!

Anna was an excellent Calculus I tutor. Any topic that I did not understand was clearly and concisely explained to me. Her tutoring allowed me to understand Calc concepts more in depth, and her friendly nature made my nerves feel at ease! I’d definitely recommend Anna as a tutor!
She’s a great teacher! We were in the same Calculus class last semester, and we were in the same study group. I was having a hard time getting some of the topics, but she helped a ton. Kids are going to be lucky to have her to help them out.
