Being a college athlete, I thought I had received all the coaching I needed in terms of running and getting in shape. This changed when I began working with Ira, he asked me what my goals were and he made sure that I was as specific as possible in the things I wanted to accomplish. I wanted to become a better sprinter and be in better shape. I worked with Ira for only about 2 months before returning to school and I passed a fitness test that I failed previously. My position in my sport doesn’t require much running, but I knew I had to be in better shape in order to be competitive. After working with Ira, I was in the best shape of my life and felt like I could keep up with anyone on the field. I highly recommend him to athletes of all ages and levels. He helped me accomplish things I thought were impossible. Great coach and great guy.

Ira and I have worked together for about 7 years now. He’s one of the greatest coaches I’ve ever had. He’s always pushing me to be a better athlete and a better person. He knows what he’s talking about and there’s no drill he’s made me do that he hasn’t done himself. Thanks to Ira I’m now committed to play division 1 football. I couldn’t have gotten here without him.

Ira has been working with my son for three years. Ira is encouraging but challenging. My son has improved tremendously over that time and Ira is a big part of that improvement. My son looks forward to his weekly workouts. Ira does a great job with my son by improving his skills, building his confidence, and teaching him lessons to help him become a better young man.
