About Emily
I have grown up with a mom and a grandpa that were both teachers, with my mom as the biggest influence in my career path and life! I can only remember wanting to be a teacher, and now I am! I graduated from Penn State University, after completing the Professional Development School, and taught 1st grade in Delaware the first school year after graduating! I then moved back to Butler, PA, and taught Kindergarten for 2 years, 2nd grade for 3 years, 1st grade for 2 years, and this is my 6th year teaching 6th grade! Overall, I have been teaching, on my own, for 14 years!
