Hello, My name is Joe Alegria, I will be able to be highly efficient for your Boxing coach because of my experience (25yrs) in Boxing, Getting one on one sessions is one of the best investments you could ever make. Whether your goal is to get Discipline, Weight loss, Self Defense, Strength & condition, Intensity training, Mental toughness & determination, or being part as a team sport or all the above - having a professional coach or Martial Artist by your side will help you achieve your Boxing & Martial Arts skills tremendously.
I have a passion for teaching and helping my students or clients to reach their skills & fitness goals. I enjoy and care about helping my clients (Child & Adult) further their Boxing & Martial Arts skills, as well as helping them grow as a whole and healthy individual. Boxing, Martial Arts, Kickboxing training, (privately) It will greatly enhance your skills tremendously by focusing entirely on your needs.

Perfect! It's a great experience that provides me with confidence and strength. I have been a great fan of martial art for a long time, and Joe is the first person that helped me open up the door. He is always on time for the lessons, and has great skills in teaching. I am very grateful.
Perfect! Joe has an outstanding rapport with the two students he has been seeing. He fair but demands focus and attention to important details. He knows his teaching material and does an outstanding job explaining the various moves (punching, stance, kicking). He keeps the students motivated.

I used to train elsewhere and it turns out that my striking was a big contributor to some shoulder pain that would not to away. Once he noticed my striking and corrected me I was able to enjoy my workouts more with no fear of PAIN afterwards.Perfect! Coach Joe is someone who really pushes you to be great. His years of experience and way of training really improved my technical ability quickly. He has no problem working around your schedule any day of the week. I recommend him to anyone who is looking for great boxing coach!

Joe is a phenomenal coach with a lot experience and knowledge. He is a great teacher for anyone, from kids to adults, he knows how to push you and make you better. I learned so much from him in the years we trained in boxing. He helped me with my form, power and speed. He kept me focused and accountable during training. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to get fit or learn something new!
Joe is an amazing boxing coach! I worked with him before I left to college so I could develop my skills in self-defense. I just loved getting such a good workout in with the drills he’d have me do and he always walked me through each move step by step and was very patience. I highly recommend him for those looking to get self-defense for themselves, their children, or even if you just want to learn basic boxing to get a really awesome workout in!

I loved that I not only got a GOOD & HARD workout in, but also got a build up in technique and precision in boxing.
Joe is a very experienced boxing coach. He takes time teaching not just myself but other boxers the technique of boxing. He really pushes people to use strength and agility. If you're looking for a good workout and someone to push you he'll do just that! He's also a black belt in marital arts and really enjoys teaching youth kids that instills discipline, commitment and dedication to a sport that focuses on being able to defend yourself.
100% physical contact and hard work! If you Are in a comfortable zone with your workout and need an extra push during your training, Joe will 100% help get you there. I have gone from 185 lbs to 159 after 2 months working with Joe.
