Its kept clean and the equipment is well maintained, plus they have some pretty cool heavy bags which move on an incline track, which gives you the ability to work on footwork/striking against a moving opponent.

If you just want to come in and work by yourself, open gym is perfect, and if you are looking for cardio or conditioning, the group classes are a great way to fit this goal into your workout schedule while still getting feedback on form and technique.

I loved the atmosphere at BOXR Station, and I don’t feel intimidated there at all being a female. The workouts and one-on-one training sessions are fun, and will work at YOUR pace. I highly recommend to anyone interested in a great workout!

Froylan is an amazing trainer and is passionate about his trade. On top of that, the gym is decked out with all the equipment you’d want in a boxing gym, while also having a super cool feel due to clearly well thought out decorating and organizing. A hidden gem!
