You get a good work out. And he knows his strikes and submissions.

David is a very knowledgeable, understanding and patient instructor. He knows his craft very well and his lessons definitely reflect this. His positive attitude, willingness to help, and kind demeanor make for a very comfortable, friendly and fun atmosphere (hard to find in the mma community). His feedback is always constructive and there’s no judgment or negativity associated with it. He’s happy to help in anyway and answer any questions you may have. His classes are always fun and a good mix of fundamentals and conditioning, but also incorporates more advanced techniques and sparring for those comfortable with it and wanting to dive a bit more in-depth to real training in a safe and controlled environment. All around a great experience and I loved every class is a able to attend. If it wasn’t for me moving for work, I would’ve definitely kept training with David. I highly recommend his classes to any one of any age or skill level, definitely one of the best instructors out there!
