Ray will break down techniques in step by step fashion for you when needed(I'm talking about me) until you get the techniques down- even while the rest of the class is more advanced than you.
Furthermore, if you are not up to speed or in physical shape- Ray's students support you- you do not have to feel embarrassed, you can work at your own pace.
Where other instructors show you a technique, then tell you that you are doing it wrong- Ray will help you figure out what you are doing wrong and then show you step by step how to make it right.
Besides learning traditional martial arts, Ray helps you focus on the "practical" side of training- in the end, you will be comfortable with uncomfortable situations, and having that confidence alone is often times all that is needed when you look more like a predator than prey.
