About Ike
Hello everyone, My name is Ike Ezeji, I , owner and operator of Ikebolics Boxing Fitness. I have won the New York Daily News 139 pound open class Golden Gloves back in 1998. The boxer workout will get you into the best shape of your life, because boxing demands a type of physical conditioning. Ikebolics FITNESS BOXING is situated in Kinston NC at MockGym. GET IT IN FITNESS BOXING will provide health and fitness services that are good in quality.
TRAINING: What you can expect during your session are the following you will learn how to stretch properly and warm up, than shadow boxing. With over 24 years of experience in boxing, I have not yet run out of new and interesting ways to utilize the unique set up that I have designed. Everybody will learn how to move and will be taught how to perfect slipping techniques without getting punched.
VISION: To create awareness about healthy lifestyle and its benefits
MISSION: To provide strategies and training programs related to health care.

I have developed a new (patent pending) training system I have named the Ikebolic's Shadow Boxing Training system, where I utilize years of experience and techniques to give one of the most amazing total body works that you will have ever experienced that is safe and effective for all age groups male and female. This workout will be used in the children class right up to some of our adult members that have now reached into senior citizens with age 65 plus years old. The results of weight loss and body transformation will be amazing with clients losing anywhere from 10 to almost 50 pounds and 7” of their waist. Now not everyone will reach these levels but if the desire is there am sure no level is unattainable.
Mission and vision: GET IT IN FITNESS BOXING is a health service that will help individuals gain one of the greatest gifts of all – that of good health. Personal gains, such as improved self-esteem and self-motivation, combined with measurable benefits will create tremendous advantages.
Program Structure: We will set up large group, small group, women only, youth, semi-private, and personal training classes. This includes workout routines scheduled to the minute.
