Osmar focuses on the fundamentals and pushes us to perfection.
He is awesome!!! I am a new mom in my early 30's, and I really wanted to start learning how to defend myself. I literally had ZERO fighting experience and had no idea what I was doing. Beginning my lessons, he never made me feel dumb or awkward for not knowing what to do. He is always so patient to break down moves I am not understanding and makes each lesson so fun! I have been training with him for over a year now, and I have learned SO MUCH! Osmar is the best, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him!!!
Osmar is the BEST!! He takes great ownership in everything he does. I have left every training with a higher level than when we began. He always pushes and really takes a lot of pride in what he does. I've been training with Osmar for over a year now and would highly recommend him! To anyone and everyone, I truly haven't regretted any training I've done with him, it's always good!!
How dedicated he is to my needs and pushing me to get in better health overall by providing MMA training and massage therapy and stretching, which other trainers never do
