About John
I have found it more beneficial for the students as well as my self to train individually, or in small groups, it's more personalized and tailored to the students abilities and needs.
I've trained and taught martial arts for over 37 years, accomplished black belt levels in Goju-Ryu Karate-do , Hapkido, Jujitsu, Kenpo,and Kobudo. I'm a lifetime student, I learn as much from my students as they do from me. When you stop learning it is time to do something else. I've been blessed by meeting and training with talented Masters and students from all over the world. My training has always been a great way to reduce stress, increase strength and promote health.
