I asked Fran to give me a special beauty lesson about how to cover up a bruise on my face with makeup so that I could go to a special event without questioning looks from other guests. The first thing that impressed me about Fran was her big warm smile. Fran was so friendly and upbeat that I immediately felt completely at ease, and it was a pleasure to have the lesson with her. I was completely new to makeup and asked Fran to keep it as simple for me as possible. Fran was so patient and took her time to show me how to apply the makeup myself and explained what she was doing as well as why she chose the particular makeup. She also let me practice on my own until I knew what I was doing. Fran was an excellent teacher: I was able to apply the makeup exactly as she had showed me and no one at the event, not even my friends or their very observant young children, noticed the bruise on my face. The skills I learned with Fran are still useful for me whenever I need to cover up an imperfection or blemish on my face. I am so happy that I found Fran!
