The 6 modalities of the Body Code and Three Dimensional Therapy are an advanced addition to the Emotion Code. I am doing this work succesfully for 3 years.

I work online through Zoom meetings to teach Kundalini Yoga classes. I will send you the link and we can connect at the scheduled time, or you join the weekly online group classes.
If you need additional energetic support, I do distance healing by phone to work on emotional or physical pain. I use the 6 modalities of the Body Code to remove body imbalances.

It is convenient and comfortable to participate from home. The instructors instruction accommodate different ability levels. She teaches Kundalini yoga which is to me a more spiritual yoga.
Maria is a very patient teacher. There is no wrong or right in Maria's class... just positive reinforcement. Inviting Maria into my home on Tuesday nights is a real treat.
