About Elke
I help you transform your mindset, unveil your confidence and reclaim your POWER.
I am a certified Life Coach through the Hungry for Happiness 400 hour certification program. I have a Masters Degree in Dance & Pedagogy and a BFA in Dance Performance. I am also a high school health and dance teacher.

I also offer single 1 hour breakthrough sessions for you to work on one specific topic.
I work with women, teens, teachers/educators, performers and dancers.
