About Nadia
Hi! I’ve been working as a trainer for 3 years. I have experience in personal training along with group fitness training as well. I have a wide scope of knowledge when it comes to fitness and am able to implement strength training, nutrition, circuit training, and/ or boxing lessons/workouts into programming depending on your goal. I love being able to help adults and children reach their goals and succeed!

Great trainer that is dynamic and versatile. You will reach your goals with a weekly training plan that will be tailored for you based on your specific level and desired goal. Your fitness progress will be monitored and revisited to see where your at and where you want to be in your fitness journey. (Muscle Growth, Weight loss, Overall fitness, Boxing, etc...)
