I help my clients find emotional stability and create a clear and focused mind.
My coaching programme includes:
Getting to the core of what is not working or holding you back.

Creating a solid picture of where you want to be in yourself and your life.
I am in Breatwork Coaching, Theta Healing, Reiki, Matrix Re-Imprinting and Emotional Freedom Technique.
I love to help my clients quickly get to the root cause of their limitation so they can release it and move forwards with their life.
I started coaching and teaching 8 years ago when in Thialand.
I realized through my own search for happiness and health that my passion and purpose was to help others transfrom themselves and their lives.

We start with getting a clear picture of where you are right now and where you want to be.
We then process into the process.
1. Release trauma that is holding you back or creating unwanted health challnges like stress / anxiety.
2. Connect with yourself for emotional stabilty and clarity of mind.
3. Powerful visualization of where you want to be / who you want to be.
Both men and women that feel stuck, limited or lost.
To be clear on what you need help with and the type of coach you would like to help you achieve your desired outcome.
Also, to hire a coach you feel aligned with.
Listen to and trust your heart.
I recently facilitated a 3 day workshop to help my clients break free from their traumatic past
