About Lauren
Yoga and mindfulness go hand in hand. If you're looking for more life, to be connected to your body and to let go of the limiting beliefs that are holding you back, then I'm your gal!
I'm excited to help women feel empowered and invigorated in body and mind while they let go of limiting beliefs and recognize their inner badass!
Yoga was something that helped me on my journey to self-love and I wanted to share that with others.
Mindfulness allowed me to shed limiting beliefs that were holding me back and I want to help other women get that same freedom.
I am a certified mindfulness coach and a certified yoga teacher (200hr).
