I offer my clients the totality of my education and clinical experience as a Marriage & Family Therapist. Being clinically trained in psychodynamic psychotherpy you have the benefit of uncovering a life altering conciousness while increasing your emotional quotient (emotional intelligence). I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Ohio and a Life Coach in all other states. I offer a range of counseling services to individuals, families, and couples. Therapy/Counseling/Life Coaching varies depending on the personalities of the therapist and the client, and the specific issues clients need assistance in managing or resolving.
There are many methods used to manage and address the issues you hope to resolve and my background in psychotherapy is designed to assist you in finding solutions. There are no guarantees that therapy will “fix” or “cure” your symptoms as there is no “magic pill” for emotional and behavioral health. While medication may be apart of your overall wellness needs many people report benefiting from psychotherapy/life coaching as part of a comprehensive mental wellness approach.
Your particular experience with therapy/counseling/life coaching is dependent on many variables, my job as your therapist/counselor/life coach is to understand your needs as best as I can and work with you to; increase self-awareness, understand patterns of behavior, and structure patterns of emotional and behavioral wellness. I have found that most people want the same thing and that is to be heard + understood and accepted + validated.
I do sessions via Facetime or over the phone.
After hiring me, you will receive a welcome packet and disclosure forms that we will go over together.
Forms of payment will be made at the begining of sessions.
