About Bill
Being in the fitness industry for 25 years I have seen the good, the bad and the ugly of the industry. I believe that fitness and health in general is multi-faceted. You can’t just workout and become in great shape. You also need to eat properly, recover and manage stress. I like to look at fitness and health as a journey because there are many ways to get to our goals we simply need to find the right way for you. Let my expertise be your road map to success.
I have a BS and MS in exercise science and performance enhancement. To go along with my education I am a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA-CSCS), certified Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES-NASM) and a certified Master Trainer (MT-NES).

when starting with a new client we go through some simple steps. Initially we will discuss your goals and what you are currently doing. From there we will move into a postural and movement analysis to determine a starting point. A house is only as strong as it’s foundation so we want to ensure we have a strong foundation and progress properly.
I have worked with everyone from children to help with their motor skills and confidence to professional athletes to amputees. My experience is quite broad and each client is unique and treated accordingly.
Do your research. Make sure the person you are hiring is qualified and will address your needs. Remember you are the boss and can not be afraid to tell someone it isn’t a fit.
