About Dineen
I enjoy working with people in 2 different stages of life; those evaluating their life half way through and those just entering their early adult lives.
I help women and men who feel there's more to them than what they are expressing in their daily life. They want more from their career, or relationships.. They've met expectations but still feel unfulfilled. They may feel an inner pull toward some unlived dream or ideal version of themselves. They may feel insecurity in their present state, but also feel fear about moving forward. As a spiritual and transformational life coach, I help them realize what this pull is and how to honor it.
For 25 of my 50 years, I have explored and trained in the process of individual unfoldment - how to become your True, Fully-Realized Self. I have approached this from every angle possible including:
psychology, spirituality, creative arts, writing, movement, meditation, and energy and healing therapies. I bring this extensive tool kit to you,
Many times what we are doing and saying is different from what we're wanting and needing in our lives. Often we have adapted or suppressed ourselves because of outside forces. What's really true for us is held in our Inner Being
I have an aptitude for seeing this inner beauty and excellence. Everyone has it! I have an ability to mirror what I see to my clients and help them translate what's Inside to outer accomplishments. I believe people can do more than survive in life, career and relationships. Doing this work allows me to help people thrive instead!
As a Certified Psychosynthesis Life Coach, I can be present to the mind, body and spirit of my clients and allow space for each of these parts to express themselves because when this happens we can get a clear picture of what is really important in your journey. Dineen was my first life coach after spending years, if not a decade, in various psychologist's and psychiatrist's chairs. At first I saw her for spiritual coaching on the side of my $300/hr psychiatrist, who was treating my panic/anxiety disorder, but within a couple sessions, I'd made more progress with Dineen's combination of parts work, guided meditation, and journaling prompts than I was with the doctor so I switched over completely to Dineen. I can proudly say I'm the one controlling my anxiety now, and not my anxiety controlling me, now. I know exactly what to do when I feel it creeping up, and it's at a totally manageable level now if and when it shows up (because I'm no longer afraid of it). Together, we also figured out the root issue of my binge eating, got me in touch with all the "parts" of me so I could express their needs functionally (not disfunctionally), and practiced recognizing in the moment when I'm resorting to old habits/old programming to relieve uncomfortable feelings or a loss of control.
Dineen is knowledgable, patient, tender, and always seems to know what I need to hear and sometimes what I'm thinking, haha! I am a certified life coach, and restorative yoga teacher and am trained in Healing Touch and Donna Eden methods for Energy Healing. I have been practicing for 10 years. I am an accomplished energy practitioner and combine energy work with our verbal work as another doorway to profound movement forward. I am also intuitive and empathic so I can meet you exactly where you are. In addition, I have a bachelors in business, and have completed graduate work in mental health counseling and social work. I am studied in art, song, writing, and acting as means for healing. Everything I teach, I have used in my own awakening process. I pay it forward.

I use methods that engage mind, body and spirit, which includes my special "parts" work, which addresses that we may have a part of us that wants to move forward and another part of us that is holding us back. We invite these parts to the table, welcome them, comfort them, realign them and get them all on board with what you are wanting to create in your relationships, career, art and life. I work with clients to stand in their authentic and unique nature and be able to find and express their beauty into all aspects of their life. I help them find and claim their Voice in the world.
I have worked with people from college age to the retired. I have worked with people in any profession or station in life. We are all on the same path, really, trying to live this life as deeply Ourselves as we can with joy and a sense of fulfillment.
The most important thing is to see whether you feel comfortable sharing your vulnerability with a coach. They can be knowlegdable as can be, but if you don't feel they are holding a safe space for you, you can't go deep and do the really important work that is required in coaching.
Make sure they are honoring you and don't have some agenda for your outcome, other than your highest good.

I am a Registered Nurse. From our first session, I immediately felt heard and unstuck. Because of our work, I sought a better position at work and got it! The new position meant I would no longer be working the night shift. I was ready for a more balanced lifestyle and getting off the night shift led to a slew of other healthy changes - better diet, weight loss, better sleep, more regular exercise, more engagement in my community, playing a musical instrument, more time in nature and meditation, and more writing...these are just some examples.
During my time working with Dineen, I experienced a tragic loss. I don't know how else to say this except that our weekly sessions saved me and helped me thrive despite tremendous grief. Enough so that I once again took an incredible leap of faith with her guidance and am making an even bolder career move that I deeply have desired to make for a long time, out of hospital nursing. Every stage and element of the energy healing session flowed smoothly and gently, as if I was just slightly above the ground and the table on a cushion of air. The room was lit just right and smelled of deliciously of essential oils. During the session iconic images came to me above my closed eyes. After I stood up, I was in a deeply meditative state. Objects and pictures on the wall held a dreamlike quality which I experienced as the present happening simultaneously with ancient history. After the energy healing, I noticed that I had greater capacity for taking decisive action coming from a deeper spiritual connection. The timing was perfect, because in the following weeks I was called on to make major medical decisions for a close family member.

Details
I charge 55 per half hour of work. The most preferred session length is one hour. I have also worked with some clients for 45 minutes or even an hour and half. I work with my clients financially. I offer packages also that drive the individual price per session down further.
