About Leah
I can help you uncover and complete both the systemic (family) and somatic (body) trauma imprints that express as negative patterns, limiting thoughts, and chronic issues. All the things you think are wrong with you are the doorways to seeing and completing your unconscious entanglements with the imprints of past traumatic events. In one session, you can have a life altering shift in perspective and release.
In 2009, I was certified as a Family Constellation Facilitator by Mark Wolynn, Director of the Hellinger Institute and author of: It Didn't Start with You, How Inherited Family Trauma Shapes Who we are and How to End the Cycle. I work regularly with groups and individuals.
In 2016, I completed my Embodiment Process Practitioner Training with Angelica Singh. (angelicasingh.com)
I enjoy supporting people in a process that aligns them with their deepest truth and empowers them to attune to and embody greater health, resilience, possibility, and connection.
