About LESLIE
If results are what you want, then you'll want me to be your coach. I work from the mind to the muscle, shifting your mindset from old habits to new ones. We will embark on a healthy journey together where lifting weights is only 10% of the equation. Food, exercise, mindfulness, self love, meditation, releasing past traumas and obstacles, are all a part of the recipe to success. I will hold your hands the whole way, guiding you through the toughest parts of change to the other side... Freedom! Freedom from shame, guilt, remorse, self-doubt, and self-loathing. Let's do this!
Seeing people excited about their new healthy lifestyle. Saving people from their pain is huge. So many people suffer silently in their discomfort. Helping them feel good again is the best!
