We are Arizona's longest running Co-ed Fitness Boot Camp.
Owned and operated by Certified Fitness Trainer, Certified Life Coach and Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist: Jennifer Shumway. Jennifer has operated My Perfect Body Now Fitness Boot Camps for starting on 13 years, logging nearly 9500 hours of Group and Personal Training. Her love of people is her greatest strength!
Jennifer also offers personal, one-on-one training within the privacy of your own home or local gym depending on terms of facility.

After 14 years in a sedentary desk job I was introduced to working out in a group environment at a local park called "Boot Camp". This completely changed my life!
I was a single mom, overwhelmed, depressed, fat and tired. I was shocked how quickly my life changed by working out for just one hour a day 5 days per week. I felt confident, energized, lean and strong, energized and the dark, depressing cloud lifted from over my head. I quickly made friends with some of the greatest people to this day I have ever met and became the owner of my own Fitness Boot Camp.
I have loved watching a person come to me discouraged, fearful and out of shape completely transform their entire life and there is NOTHING more exciting and rewarding than this!
