Throughout my 15yr career in fitness/life coach I have mentored
Adults to young adults. Topics have been Life in general, Relationships, personal attitudes, personal fitness, careers, career strategies, goal settings, and achievements. There is no battle that cannot be won with the power of determination and guidance.
