Erin is simply amazing. She's incredibly well versed in a plethora of healing techniques like massage, meditation, all different types of yoga, etc. She uses everything she's learned to create a unique experience for each client, class, lesson, presentation, whatever she's digging her hands into.
I've taken multiple of her yoga and meditation classes, gotten an incredible massage, and been lucky enough to receive coaching from Erin. In just half an hour, Erin saw through my bs, got to the core of what's holding me back, and gave me solid, tangible advice I could implement into my life. And not just like, general listen to your highest self (although we did get into a bit of that and actually how to tap into her) advice. Like solid "here's a meditation you can do for the next week that will help with X that we talked about" advice. We talked about Growth, noticing patterns and breaking down the boundaries I set up for myself so I can begin to break those patterns in order to achieve my goals. Real, solid, loving advice.
