About Andrea
Andrea strives to create a healing atmosphere for her students in her classes and workshops. She often weaves in elements of Shamanism, Astrology and Reiki (Healing Touch). She has been practicing yoga since 1995 and teaching since 2014. She has special training in Low Back Health. Currently, she is working towards her 500 hour accreditation and towards completing Yoga Therapy Training with Robin Rothenberg. Andrea is a E-RYT 200 and a YACEP Teacher.
After practicing yoga for over 20 years and experiencing such amazing personal benefits, I decided to become a teacher so I could share the amazing benefits of yoga.
I am a experienced 200 hour registered teacher with Yoga Alliance, which means I have taught over 1000 hours. Currently, I am in the process of completeing a 500 hour yoga training and enrolled in a Yoga Thearpy training program.

As a new student you are welcome to attend your first regularly scheduled classes for free. After that you can choose to continue with regular classes or you can schedule private lessons to customize your yoga and meditation program.
I work with all levels of students. Many of my students have health challenges such as achy joints, joint replacements, heart conditions or chronic illnesses such as auto-immune diseases. No matter your fitness level, there is a yoga practice for you that can help bring you back to health.
When hiring a yoga teacher, ask them about their training and how skilled they are at providing modifications.

Details
Your first class is always free. After that you can purchase a 5-class pass for $65 which you can use whenever you like. This pass does not expire. Another option is to pay for a series of classes, usually done monthly. Typically a series is 4 classes, the cost is $40. This pass is only for the class it is purchased in and expires at the end of the series.
Private lessons are $75 per lesson. You can purchase a 5-pack of private lessons for $250 reducing your per-private cost to $50. Travel fees apply.
