About Sarah
Hi! I'm Sarah, and I am a Chicago based holistic health specialist, Certified Integrative Nutrition and health consultant, internationally accredited meditation teacher, holistic mindset and life coach, Reiki master and maternal wellness educator on a mission to help you achieve total mind + body wellness by creating personalized nutrition, holistic lifestyle, meditation/spirituality, and emotional wellness programs and offerings .
I provide clients the tools and resources their body needs to heal itself. I have helped thousands of clients and students heal from stress related conditions, and regain vibrant health.
I have been working with students from all over the US for just under a decade. I share my health expertise regularly on TV morning shows such as Windy City Live, Good Day Chicago Fox, WGN and more. I am also a 2x published author.
My passion is to help clients uncover the root cause of their symptoms and challenges, and teach them how they can heal themselves. Many of my clients and students come to me to learn how to heal from and manage ailments related to ongoing stress and burnout, hormone imbalances, digestive issues, autoimmunity and chronic conditions. I pride myself on combining a multitude of holistic health modalities that I have studied over the last decade to help my students creat a deeply healing holistic wellness practice; from meditation, energy work, and mindset coaching; to nutrition, holistic lifestyle practices and healing multi-sensory rituals. I create fully comprehensive programs to guide clients on their own unique healing journeys.

I offer complimentary discovery calls so that I can learn about what your goals are, and you can learn about my offerings and services.
For meditation, mindset and life coaching students: I offer 60 minute sessions that are completely personalized to your needs. We determine the best route of working together based on our complimentary consultation.
For nutrition and health clients: I offer 4 month programs with twice a month appointments and a personalized health program.
I always recommend meeting with your student ahead of committing to work with them to ensure that you are a great fit, and that you leave the initial conversation feeling inspired and excited to start your journey.
