About Rose
As a yoga teacher and a health coach I encourage you to allow for time and space to connect inward, and listen deeply to your body, quiet your mind and connect to your spirit through your breath, on and off the mat.
In physical practice, or Asana, I encourage you to let your body guide you through your practice as you gradually dig deeper and deeper into you.
Radical self-love and acceptance, and unpacking all that that means to you, is a common thread woven throughout all of my teachings.
200 hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher trained through the Tula Institute in Norway Maine in 2016
Holistic Health Coach certified through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York in 2014
I enjoy connecting with people and helping them to connect deeper to themselves. Guiding individuals to wellness, helping people feel better about themselves physically, mentally and emotionally, and helping to expand our network of health-focused community are also extra of my life that bring me great joy.

Rose is an excellent yoga instructor, considering everyone's needs and abilities. She plays the best music for a deep, spiritual and relaxing practice and I always come away feeling wonderful and ready for the day!! She offers so much more than yoga with inspirational readings, wellness suggestions and aromatherapy oils, so all of our senses are heightened. Yoga with Rose is a wonderful holistic and precious time of day!
Rose is so soothing and calming. Her classes are amazing! I definitely feel challenged but so zen by the end of class.
Rose welcomes folks of all levels and makes everyone feel safe and accepted, regardless of skill or experience. She offers a variety or modifications during the sessions and shows in detail how to perform these movements. Rose is patient and she is supportive the entire time. She also encourages self love and mindfulness and gratitude... I feel honored to be in her presence as she is such a gifted individual! My time with Rose is therapeutic, both mentally and physically 💗
