About Antoinette
My services stand out because I help empower people and give them tools in between sessions to help reinforce what we go over in our powerful session. I also use herbal medicine for people who are interested because they herbs are very empowering and help with breakthroughs, anxiety, women's health, heart break or whatever someone needs support with.
I have over 12 years experience in the healing arts so helping people feels natural and easy.
I love being able to support and empower people. I love seeing the results my clients experience after just one or two sessions. I enjoying combining my training as a life coach and infusing it will somehing tangible like herbal medicine to help reinforce someone's goals.
I love teaching workshops and found myself teaching because I have been told I am a natural leader and teacher.

When I work with someone new, I have them fill out a questionaire to help me get to know that person better. After the questionaire is filled out, I can get a better understanding of the person before their first visit. I work with someone typically at least 6 sessions, so we can get traction and results.

People who want to find and love themselves again so they can feel empowered.

Details
I charge $150 for the first session. Then each additional session is $125. The first session is about an hour to 90 minutes. After each session, there is customized homework for you. This allows you to have structure and also help you create lasting breakthroughs in between sessions. My goal is for you to have results.
