About Anthony
Hello and welcome to Twsted Fates Online Fitness! The purpose of this virtual industry is to further promote the health and benefits of others through a series of programs designed for you in order to reach your goals. Make excuses a thing of the past, and I would be honored if you join my team!
What makes us stand out? This is a one person run business and sets up time to understand the individuals desires in order to construct the best possible program. We offer online educational programs that would help further understand the reason behind each workout, meal plan, and more. There will always be communication between the coach and client to check on progress and see the comfort zones with the programs.
3 years ago, I was watching one of idols in the sport of Strongman how important sometimes it is to teach something if you wish for it to last longer. I've stuck with that and have been doing that throughout my coaching and athletic careers.
1. National level Strongman Athlete (3 years)

3. Lean body and shred specialist (5 years)
4. Taken Nutrition & Fitness classes in college to further enhance my ability to coach (3.5 years)

1. 1-on-1 Phone or FaceTime Call
2. Provide Training Plan, Workout Plan, and Meal Plan
3. 2 videos in an email (1 welcome to the program and 1 explaining the importance of program and training)
4. 1-on-1 weekend FaceTime calls (either end of each week or bi-weekly) to follow up with client progress and comfortability with program
5. Quick email responses to any questions asked
