About Jean-Michel
Yang style Tai Chi: warm-ups, stretching and Qigong, form instruction. Saturdays at 7-8:30 am.
I've been doing Tai Chi since 1987 and have taught privately, groups and college classes.
Classes are outdoors in a park.
I answered an ad to teach at a martial arts school 20 years ago.
I am a licensed Acupuncturist and I have taught Acupuncture.

The whole class goes thru warm ups that are easay to follow. I then work individually with students on new movements.
I can work with generally all types of students.
Find out what style and or system they are teaching and for how long. Prospective students should also do some online research themselves to have some familiarity with TAi Chi.
