About Victoria
Horses Unlimited Rescue and Education Center Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that was founded in 2011 by Victoria Hall and is the only organization of its kind in the entirety of West Texas. Victoria Hall is a graduate of Sul Ross State University in Alpine, Texas with a Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Equine. Nestled in the hills of East El Paso, Horses Unlimited works in conjunction with local sheriffs and animal control departments to provide a safe haven for abused, neglected and surrendered horses. Victoria and Horses Unlimited then provide rehabilitation and training for the horses, to include; ensuring all animals are up to date on immunizations, at a healthy weight, trained to be docile, rideable for the purpose of adoption into a loving family, suitable for equine/rider therapy or horseback riding lessons.
Victoria works closely with surrounding Sherriff Departments by providing education and classes to further assist them on how to respond to and handle abused and abandoned horses that are discovered. Horses Unlimited is dedicated to our cause and to our community. Local police and animal control regularly call upon Victoria to receive and rehabilitate neglected horses, regardless of the time or occasion. Horses Unlimited currently has 10-15 volunteers that assist with daily chores and care of the horses.

Horseback riding lessons offered by Victoria are tailored to each student's needs and level. Lessons can also be held online. Lessons are also available in El Paso. The first lesson is free to define learning goals and methodology.
