About Lauren
We are a team of hunter jumpers who learn everything from basic riding skills to professional riding, training and horsemanship. We compete in local schooling shows as well as rated shows in and out of state.
I have been riding nearly 13 years and have been teaching/training for the last 2 and a half years. I love watching new students grow in their riding skills and connect with the horses.
we have an Instagram page if you want to see what we're all about @dappled_bay_equestrian
My entire riding career has involved doing barn chores. Barn chores then led to being a working student and riding lots of different kinds of horses and helping younger students and organizing equine activities to engage learning.

First lesson is an introduction to see how much they really know. It helps me evaluate where to begin and how much experience each student has with horses. From there we will learn the next skill and add on more skills as they master each one.
