About Rachel

History is a very important part of our world. It is equally important to know about it, if you need help, ask!

I love history! I am currently in University studying International Studies, so understanding history is a key part. History is very important because it shows things that happened in the past, that a society can learn about and from.

About the lesson

The first thing, is understanding where the student is at, and then deciding where to go next. I think that everyone has their own learning styles, so learning how a student learns can help exponentially.

Find someone you think you can get along with. It is important to feel comfortable with your tutor so you can learn better, without any anxieties.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
1. Try to narrow down the best way for you to learn (i.e. what is your learning style).

2. Ask questions about what you don't understand, and be willing to learn from other perspectives!

3. Think about if there is a specific area you need help with, or if you need help on a broader scale.
