As the Head Coach and previous Manager of High Exposure Climbing Gym, having Jared work under me as an assistant coach was extremely beneficial for the program. Always engaged, attentive, and sincere in his desire to constantly learn more to be a better coach, he made my job much easier and was a key player in helping me send 9 kids to the National Championships! Jared is a very positive, uplifting person that all of the kids, and myself, loved to be around. Wherever Jared decides to work next, will be receiving a person of infinite potential and aptitude.
