About John
John Loupos has been teaching martial arts since 1968. Jade Forest offers separate Kung Fu classes for children and adults ages 4-80, & Tai Chi/qigong classes for adults. We offer group or private classes at our Cohasset location, as well as online instruction for students around the world.
John also operates the Pain & Mobility Clinic (est 2003), for chronic or acute pain, injuries, postural, and post-op issues. John Loupos has authored several books on Tai Chi & his most recent book, "The Sustainable You - Somatics & the Myth of Aging." See (concealed information) or (concealed information)
Sifu John Loupos has been teaching martial arts since 1968. He holds a Masters of Science degree in Psychology, is a Certified Hanna Somatic Educator, and has a background in Classical Homeopathy. A prolific writer, John has been widely published in various trade journals, and is a popular presenter at offsite events.
