About Oscar
Our mission:
To Empower Individuals with the knowledge to move proficiently, achieve strength and take control of their health FOR LIFE.
We are the only fitness professionals in Central Florida who are also certified to teach traditional Chinese martial arts (Kung Fu and Tai Chi).
Learning martial arts since I was 16 years old and then starting teaching at 20.
