About Len

MOVE.TRAIN.GOLF. helps golfers improve their golf game by moving better, training smarter, in order to golf stronger.

There are hundreds of golf professionals out there. But what makes MOVE.TRAIN.GOLF. unique is that I focus on golf training and improvement through the fitness lens versus an instruction lens. I know that if you love golf, and you see improvement in your game and how you feel in everyday activities, you’ll keep coming back and working harder. You’ll get the results you want while enjoying the drive. It’s my mission to create an opportunity that gets you the golf game you desire, plus a body and the health you crave by building a community of dedicated souls just like you.

Your Coach: Len Haggerty MA, CSCS, TPI-L1, owner of STRIDES Human Performance Institute, became certified through the Titleist Performance Institute in 2018. Len has worked with athletes of all levels, in all major sports in over 15+ years as a strength and conditioning coach.

Len, aside from always looking to take strokes off his golf game, enjoys snowboarding, playing the mandolin, boating and lake life, and spending time with his wife and two daughters.

When, a now PGA Tour professional was a freshman in high school he came to me with his TPI assessment printout and needed help knowing what to do. Ever since I have loved helping golfers of all ages making their swings more efficient. 



After completing a Master's degree in exercise physiology and performance, I have since accumulated over 15+ years of working with the youth and adult population pertaining to athlete development and performance improvement. 

Currently, I am Level 1 certified through the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI), as well as TPI Junior- L1 certified.

students start with an initial consult followed by a golf fitness assessment and for in-person clients a 3D K-Motion Golf Swimg analysis. 

Next, students are introduced to their 1st month's program, which typically consists of introduction to mobility, strength, and power.

Students are consistently assessed to monitor progress. If students are currently working with a golf pro a team approach is used to efficiently meet the students goals. 



I have had the opportunity to work with Junior golfers aspiring to play at the collegiate level. The scratch amateur adult, and the general weekend warrior looking to ease their back pain.
