About Sam
We teach golf and pitching lessons.
I love helping pitchers throw harder, more accurate, and understand the psychology of pitching. A bit emphasis in my training is making sure all of my students can do this without sustaining major arm injuries.
With Golf, we both currently play off of a +1 handicap and part of our success is being able to understand the golf swing. The first step for every golfer is to hit the center of the club as often as possible. From there, we can diagnose what areas of the swing need adjusting. Spencer is an expert in fitting golf clubs and spent 3 years doing so as his primary career. However, before getting that far we like to establish a consistent swing.
